We Indians have been quite reckless in managing our water resource .. Sweden wasn't! Not sure, if climate change phenomenon is inadvertently providing a level playing field!!
The blessing in disguise could be that now water crisis is a global phenomenon, this is also an opportunity to learn water management from each other's experience!
