    also, there is much to be gained from contacting TNAU. in terms of scientific / precision farming they are on ground doing amazing work. 

    special lecturers to the farmers
    Is anyone willing to spread awareness/ giving special lecturers regarding pesticides usage to the farmers of Delhi?
