SOFTWARE FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT

We are managing many plants across India, where we ensure that:

1. CPCB norms are more stringently met.

2. Water is recycled completely

3.There is reduction in cost due to lesser energy usage and chemicals

4. There is no foul odour or vectors

In order to ENSURE the delivery of above benefits, we have to take many actions, which are of routine nature. We want to know if there is someone who may have developed a software for managing these plants. We know the information that we need. Once we know of such software, we can share the same with the person or organization. Kindly write to us on cloverorganic@gmail.com

    We have received many requests to make a customized software for this purpose. We were asked to spell out our expectations from this software. These are as follows:

    1. Daily on line readings of COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, DO, pH, Coliform (total and faecal) etc for aerobic and you can list down the parameters for anaerobic as well.
    2. You might want inlet outlet data for some components within the plant to understand problems. That flexibility should be there.
    3. Commercial information on cost
    4. Trend analysis based on point 1
    5. What were the changes made by us in the plant.
    6. Data on dosage of NV-WW – dosage, qty multiplied, stock of mother culture.
    7. Stocks of raw material maintained at sites and their re-order levels.
    8. There should be an automatic PO raised once the level is below the re-order level status for all material including NV-WW
    9. Microbial analysis details – ask Dr. Rao for this.
    10. A report in preset format should be automatically generated – we should be allowed to edit.
    11. Manpower details – attendance, work schedule for the day or week so that you know what was told and what is getting implemented and balance open jobs to be done.
    12. Payment reminders to clients

    If there is any other information anyone needs, then kindly let us know. Maybe some one can make a tool for the Industry by taking our help.

    we understand the variances that might occur and have solutions for the same. We are looking for a software that can document the information and then give us a report based on the data itself. Analysis will be done by our own people. Would it be possible to study the software you have developed? Kindly let us know

    Software needs a definite responce to the definite action. Biological part of any treatment plant will never reply in the definite  manner. This makes software diffcult. But for a specific flowline a software can be designed. We have done it to some extent at STP Delhi airport.

    Thanks a lot for the link doc. I however find that all the software listed are more for designing and simulating the results. This is great for setting up new plants. My team already works with some of these softwares. What we need is a software for maintaining existing plants. If there are any softwares for AMCs (technical data assimilation, dosage of chemicals and microbes, manpower, reporting etc, then it would be great. Do let me know.
