We wish to recruit Senior level Environmental Professionals for our company who can handle different taks independently with immediate appointment and also middle/junior level scientists willing to work in remote areas of Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Sikkim, etc. At the senior level it is desirable that they have good writing capabilities and understands environmental legislations, etc. and experience in preparation of EIA reports of hydropower projects especially and willing to lead and work in a team.

I am once again reitertaing my point that in response to my previous request for recruitment of Professionals in the field of EIA of Hydropower projects lasy year on this forum unfortunately I have been getting response from large number of people who remotely do not have any such experience. Our most important requiremnt is experience of working in hydropower sector. We need people who are able to write also. Invariably our experience is very bad as most of the people cannot write even one sentence properly. And whetever they write is totally out of context without any relevance with the data they present. I will be happy to have at laest one person at a Level who can independently take care of entire report writing and havs experience in EIA of hydro projects. The renumeration is no constraint. Professional with Aquatic Ecology/Fish experience and also with Wildlife background are welcome to correspond with me.
Also we require professional who can handle socio-economic aspects and is able to formulate Rehabilitation and Resettlement Plans independently. We would be happy to employ persons with such experience and background immediately. However people who do not have above credentials need not waste our time.
The appointment can be confirmed on the spot if appropriate candidates are available.

Thanks for your reply. We actually require persons who are either fresh graduates with Botany/Wildlife/Aquatic Ecology/Terrestrial Ecology background and willing to work in remote areas of Arunachal Pradesh and have EIA experience of hydropower projects. OR they have sound knowledge of forestry practices and can think out of box for Catchment Area Treatment in area like Chenab basin in Himachal Pradesh and they need to be experienced.

Thanks everybody for such an overwhelming response and especially Mr Chandra Kishore. I would try to reply to all the mails I receive at the earliest. I want to stress is that we are mainly into hydro sector at present. We also require one senior level forester who can help us in our Himachal Pradesh Intergrrated Catchment Area Treatment project and who has very good understaning of forestry practices and has progressive thinking and responsive to fresh ideas on Catchment Area Treatment in Chenab basin in particular.
