This discussion i have started long back and received many suggestions advices etc. After looking back to those things now i realize that if we look at a problem from the core we will not be able to judge a correct path. The person at periphery is not bound to any sort of pressures and he can look into various possibilities to find a solution to the problems.
Hence Discussions with intellectual like you will provide better / best answer to make an action.
