Kindly advise Consent to Establish is required for construction of 4 MW solar power plant in Madhya Pradesh.
Solar PV based power plant of < 15 MW is categorised as green category as per the list of industries of MP Pollution board.
The land is owned by us and no additional land is required, no effluent is envisaged and no air pollution from this.
Kindly guide, do I need amendment in existing CTE for this solar PV based power plant.

The construction activity if not covered under EIA Notification, will be covered under CTE provisions directly. CTE itself means construction included. Solar based power plants are covered under Green Category but will require CTE-amendment
